THE ROLE:
Working closely with our Social Media Manager, you'll own the day-to-day coordination of our global influencer, UGC creator and seeding programs, as well as contributing to the growth and evolution of Allkinds' social content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Coordinate paid influencer campaigns across key markets
Write engaging briefs for influencers and UGC creators
Manage content timelines, submissions, approvals and usage rights
Track content performance
Source and manage a roster of UGC creators
Own product seeding programs
Assist with influencer negotiations and contracts
Support on-set coordination for social shoots and content series
Maintain a centralised creator database and nurture relationships
As a member of the social team, participate in social content and content brainstorms
On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

WHAT YOU BRING:

1-2 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing and/or content creation
Hands-on experience with gifting, seeding or PR programs
Experience writing creator or influencer briefs
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
Social-native: tapped into TikTok. trends, creators and internet culture
Comfortable on camera and participating in social content
Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
