- Be the person who holds it all together - someone's safety depends on it
- Monthly RDOs giving you an extra 12 days of leave per year
- Permanent full-time role based at our Melbourne office
The clients we support want one thing: to stay in their own homes, living the life they've built. Making that possible takes a lot of moving parts — and this role is the person who holds them together.
As a Service Coordinator with our Veterans and Aged Community Care team, you'll own the rostering and workforce coordination that keeps safe, consistent support flowing to the people who depend on it. It's fast-paced, it's complex, and when you get it right, the difference is felt in someone's home that same day.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the roster end-to-end — shift allocation, last-minute changes, gaps and cancellations — with speed, accuracy and composure
- Scheduling field staff to ensure safe, reliable coverage for every client, every shift
- Supporting field staff day-to-day so they have what they need to show up and do their best work
- Keeping client records accurate and flagging anything important to the Clinical Team Leader before it becomes a problem
- Building genuine relationships with clients and families so they hear a familiar, trusted voice when they call
You're the right person if...
- You have experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination — community care, aged care or disability is ideal
- You thrive on structure and detail and can work within a team to coordinate last minute changes
- You communicate clearly and calmly with people across every level — field staff, clients, families, clinical leads
- You hold a current National Police Check
