Join the Harry's Liquor Team!

Harry's Liquor is a proudly independent, family-owned liquor retailer with multiple stores across Sydney. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, a welcoming team culture, and providing our customers with an outstanding shopping experience.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for casual, part-time, or full-time work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our stores while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
Processing sales accurately using our POS system.
Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays.
Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented.
Assisting with stock deliveries and inventory control.
Supporting your team to achieve store goals.
Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
Is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Is flexible and available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Is happy to travel and work across multiple Harry's Liquor stores when required.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
Full Australian working rights.
Reliable transport and willingness to travel between store locations.
Availability for casual, part-time, or full-time shifts.

Preferred (but not essential)

Previous retail or customer service experience.
Experience using POS systems.
Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
