Reporting to the Inbound Supervisor, you'll provide essential administrative support to our inbound warehouse operations. You'll ensure documentation is processed accurately, inventory records are maintained, and inbound deliveries are reconciled efficiently to support operational excellence.
This is a Monday to Friday role working 6:30PM – 2:36PM.
Your day may include:

Processing inbound receiving documentation accurately and efficiently.

Reconciling Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and resolving discrepancies.

Completing inventory transactions and maintaining inventory accuracy within warehouse systems.

Communicating with transport providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support inbound operations.

Preparing administrative requirements for the following day's operations.

Producing reports and supporting compliance with operational processes.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiencies.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure operations run smoothly. You're highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail, and take pride in delivering accurate work.
We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in warehouse administration.
-
Experience reconciling Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
-
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
It would be an advantage if you also have:

Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
-
FMCG or manufacturing experience.
Qualifications in Logistics, Warehousing or Business Administration.
