About the Role

AAA Cleaning & Strip Seal Pty Ltd, a trusted provider of commercial cleaning services, is looking for an experienced Office Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team in Perth, WA. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of office cleaners, ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
Create and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures that align with client expectations.
Monitor staff performance, provide ongoing support, and deliver training where required.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and promptly address feedback or concerns.
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and readily available.
Support the recruitment, induction, and day-to-day management of cleaning personnel.
Uphold and enforce workplace health and safety practices to protect employees and clients.
Work closely with management to identify opportunities for service improvements and operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

At least 2 years of supervisory experience within the commercial cleaning sector.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, enabling effective client relationships.
Solid knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, standards, and equipment.
Experience with administrative duties, including rostering, stock control, and reporting.
A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
The ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
