Machine Operators – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Pay: AU$33.00 – AU$42.00 per hour
Location: Eastern Creek, NSW
Work Type: Casual, with potential ongoing roster opportunities
Work Location: In person

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to support a well-established pharmaceutical contract manufacturing client based in Western Sydney.

These are casual roles, with the possibility of an ongoing roster for the right candidates.

Available Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am midnight
Night Shift: 12:00am – 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Operating production and packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Working across pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging lines
Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults or issues
Conducting basic quality checks throughout the production process
Packing, labelling, sorting, and preparing products as required
Following GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working as part of a supportive production team

About You:

Previous machine operating experience required
Experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing environments highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Reliable with good attendance and a positive attitude
Able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Available for day, afternoon, or night shift
