Process Workers, Packers, Machine Operators & High Reach Forklift Drivers
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated candidates to support a well-established pharmaceutical contract manufacturing client based in Western Sydney.
These are casual roles, with the possibility of an ongoing roster for the right candidates.
Available Roles:
- Process Workers / Packers
- Machine Operators
- High Reach Forklift Drivers
Shift Availability:
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am midnight
- Night Shift: 12:00am – 7:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Working across production and packaging lines
- Packing, labelling, sorting, and quality checking products
- Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Operating high reach forklifts for putaway, replenishment, and stock movement, where required
- Following GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a supportive production and warehouse team
About You:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, warehousing, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Machine operating experience highly regarded
- Current LF forklift licence required for forklift roles
- High reach forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Reliable with good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Available for casual shifts, with potential ongoing roster opportunities
