Machine Operators – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Pay: AU$33.00 – AU$42.00 per hour
Location: Eastern Creek, NSW
Work Type: Casual, with potential ongoing roster opportunities

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to support a well-established pharmaceutical contract manufacturing client based in Western Sydney.
These are casual roles, with the possibility of an ongoing roster for the right candidates.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am midnight
- Night Shift: 12:00am – 7:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production and packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Working across pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging lines
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting faults or issues
- Conducting basic quality checks throughout the production process
- Packing, labelling, sorting, and preparing products as required
- Following GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a supportive production team
About You:
- Previous machine operating experience required
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing environments highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Reliable with good attendance and a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Available for day, afternoon, or night shift
