Personal Assistant – Data & Design Division

We're looking for a switched-on Personal Assistant to support three brilliant General Managers in our Data & Design division, one of the most exciting and fun parts of Auto & General right now. Think smart people, cutting-edge AI and data projects, and a division that's genuinely doing cool stuff.

This isn't your typical PA role. You'll be plugged into a fast-growing division where data science meets customer experience, and you'll get a front-row seat to how we're using technology and insights to transform insurance. Plus, you'll be working with leaders who are driving real change across the business.

The Division You'll Join Our Data & Design division is where the magic happens. We're leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and customer insights to build better experiences and smarter products. You'll be working alongside data scientists, analysts, and customer experience experts who are genuinely excited about what they do. And your three GMs? They're approachable, sharp, and leading some of the most forward-thinking work in the business.

The Work You'll keep three busy GMs running smoothly, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, handling travel, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. But you'll also get involved in the interesting stuff: strategic projects, divisional initiatives, reports, presentations, and events. You'll see how decisions get made, contribute to real outcomes, and build relationships across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Keep the wheels turning: Manage diaries, emails, travel, and logistics for three General Managers
Be the organiser-in-chief: Coordinate meetings, events, and site visits across multiple locations
Create polished outputs: Build presentations, reports, and documentation that make our leaders look good
Stay on top of the details: Track action items, meeting minutes, compliance, leave, and expenses
Collaborate across the business: Work with internal teams and external partners
Get involved in projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives, committees, and divisional programmes
Support the team: Back up other PAs and the Executive Assistant when needed
Protect what matters: Champion confidentiality, compliance, and risk awareness

What You'll Bring

Experience: You've worked as a PA or senior admin supporting leadership, and you know how to juggle competing priorities like a pro
Organisation skills: Complex diaries, travel logistics, and last-minute changes don't faze you
Communication: You write clearly, speak confidently, and know how to tailor your message to the audience
Tech savvy: You're comfortable in using a variety of a variety of Google Products and have a strong interest in AI
Attention to detail: You catch the typos, spot the clashes, and follow through on everything. Did you notice the type in this job ad?
