About the role

As a Qualified Dental Ceramist, you will be a key member of the team at Profile Dental Laboratory, located in Frankston, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for producing high-quality dental prosthetics and restorations, with a focus on ceramic work. You will be a skilled technician, delivering exceptional results for our dental practice clients.

What you'll be doing

Fabricating a variety of dental prosthetics and restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers and Implant restorations
Ceramic layering, staining, and glazing
Working across digital and traditional workflows
Utilising advanced ceramic techniques and equipment to create natural-looking, aesthetic results
Following detailed instructions from dental professionals to meet the unique requirements of each case
Collaborating with the lab team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dental products
Maintaining strict quality control and hygiene standards throughout the fabrication process, whilst meeting deadlines
Staying up-to-date with the latest materials, techniques and industry developments

What we're looking for

Formal qualification as a Dental Ceramist or Dental Technician
Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Dental Ceramist in a commercial laboratory setting
Exceptional technical skills in ceramic work, with an eye for detail and aesthetics
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials science and the latest fabrication methods
Excellent communication skills to liaise with dental professionals
Ability to work efficiently and accurately to tight deadlines
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene
