We are looking for a qualified dental technician with the following requirements:
- Holds a certificate of Diploma of Dental Technology
- Able to multitask and work efficiently
- Good time management skills
- Hard-working, pay attention to details
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to complete tasks in a fixed time period
- Relevant experience required
The role:
- Interpreting written orders and mouth impressions provided by dentists
- Placing tooth models on a device that simulates the bite and movement of patient’s jaw
- to access the model’s functionality.
- Crafting plaster and stoning models of mouth and teeth based on impressions
- Milling dentures, implants, crowns and bridges
- Performing crown staining and glazing
- Executing metal work, such as polishing and finishing
