Full Job Description

We are currently looking for an administrator/junior bookkeeper to join our team located at our office in Dandenong South.

You will play an essential role in our office and this role will you see working across a diverse range of functions, encompassing administrative and accounts duties.

Your Key Responsibilities would be:

Accounts receivable and payable duties
Sending weekly invoices and Statement to customers
Setting up new customer account in the system and updating customer and supplier information if needed
Processing credit claims for customer
Processing credit account application
Debt collection
Processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statement
Promptly attending to customer and supplier enquiry
Some Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Manager and other administrative team members
Filing all the documents

To be successful in this role you will need:

Excellent verbal & written communication
General knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
Passion for ongoing learning
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Dedicated, hard-working and committed
High attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative

Experience/Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
SAP Business One experience would be ideal
