Comfab Products is a proud, family-owned manufacturing business that has been operating for over 35 years. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and highly organised Office Manager to join our close-knit team in Noble Park.
This is a full-time, office-based role reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be the central hub of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from administration to order processing.
The Offer
- Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm | Early 2:30pm finish on Fridays!

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Administration & Sales Support: Manage inbound phone and email enquiries, prepare quotes, and assist the Sales Manager.
- Order & Inventory Management: Process customer orders, handle invoicing, and oversee the procurement of stock and consumables.
- Accounts & HR Assistance: Perform MYOB data entry, assist with accounts payable/receivable follow-ups, and maintain staff records.
- Team Coordination: Act as the central operations hub, connecting the Managing Director and sales team with the warehouse and manufacturing departments.
What You Bring
- Office Expertise: Solid, well-rounded experience in a busy office environment where you have managed a variety of administrative tasks.
- Systems & Finance: Confident data entry skills, proficiency with MYOB, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Core Skills: Exceptional customer service, clear communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attributes: A motivated self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider production team
