Full Job Description

Asian Pantry is a growing Melbourne-based Asian grocery retailer serving customers across Australia. We are now looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, organise and oversee the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the business.
Develop, implement and review office procedures, administrative systems and operational workflows.
Coordinate staff activities, allocate work and ensure company procedures and service standards are followed.
Manage office records, purchasing documents, supplier invoices and other administrative information.
Coordinate purchasing, inventory administration and communication with suppliers and service providers.
Oversee customer service administration, including enquiries, deliveries, returns and wholesale accounts.
Maintain and coordinate the effective use of business systems, including ERP, inventory and sales platforms.
Prepare operational reports, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

At least 1 year experience in an Office Manager role or related field.
Relevant qualifications or at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management systems.
Experience in the retail, wholesale or e-commerce industry will be highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
