About the Role:
Arnotts are investing in our high performing field team.
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Territory Manager to take ownership of our VIC Warrnambool territory, covering Warrnambool, Colac, Torquay, Hamilton, and Portland.
This is a well-established, high-value territory where success will come from maintaining strong in-store partnerships and consistently elevating execution across a diverse regional and resort trading store network.
You’ll play a critical role in growing our market-leading brands by strengthening relationships across the grocery channel and driving best-in-class in-store standards.
What your day looks like:
Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 Merchandisers to deliver consistent execution
Build trusted relationships with key in-store decision makers
Drive best-in-class merchandising and compliance execution
Identify and deliver incremental sales opportunities across the territory
Manage territory performance across 28-store territory (7 Coles, 9 Woolworths, 12 Independent)
Take full ownership of your territory—treating it like your own business
Partner with the wider field team to deliver state and national priorities

Strong planning, ownership and accountability mindset
FMCG or retail experience preferred
