Otti Cafe South Brisbane is looking for a new chef to join the team

Chef or cooks (Part time or casual)

Please state what position you are interested in, in your cover letter.

Overview: To consistently produce high quality food for all Otti Café customers in accordance with our menu specifications, and working in an energetic, enthusiastic and professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

To ensure Otti Cafe menu specifications are adhered to at all times
To ensure Otti Cafe meal standards, dish presentation are adhered to at all times
To follow instructions for preparation of ingredients as directed by the Head Chef
To keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
To follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines as trained and adhered to at al times
To follow all Otti Cafe company policies and procedures as trained, at all times
To work with the rest of the Otti Cafe team to create a positive, respectful working environment
To maintain a clean and presentable appearance and uniform, in line with Otti Cafe standards

Commitment to work hard, have fun and work effectively in a team
Positive, trustworthy and reliable
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Flexible with weekend or public holidays

Skills:

Essential:

Previous experience in a high volume café or restaurant

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
