Experienced Barista – Francois Artisan Baker (Bondi)

Join one of Bondi's favourite artisan bakeries!

Francois Artisan Baker is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly team.

We are a busy, well-established artisan bakery known for our premium coffee, handcrafted pastries, artisan breads, pies, cakes, and exceptional customer service.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in consistently making excellent coffee.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing high-quality espresso coffee.
Providing outstanding customer service.
Taking customer orders and operating the POS system.
Assisting with serving food and maintaining product displays.
General café duties and helping the team where required.
Keeping the café clean, organised, and welcoming.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous barista experience in a busy café.
Can work confidently and efficiently during busy periods.
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Is reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Works well as part of a team.
Is available to work weekends.
