We're passionate about coffee and customer service, and we're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista All Rounder to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Barista Duties: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages in accordance with Kurtosh’s standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Cafe Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours, including taking orders, processing payments, and handling any customer inquiries or issues.
- Food Preparation: Assist with preparing and serving food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and other snacks.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that the café is neat and hygienic at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock control and ensure supplies are replenished in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role at least 1 years .
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently produce high-quality drinks and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to various roles within the café, from barista duties to food preparation and cleaning.
- Team Player: A collaborative and positive attitude when working with others.
- Passion for Coffee: A love for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft of coffee-making.
- Availability: 3 - 4 day/ week at least , including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $29.30 – $38.07 per hour
