Experienced Barista – Francois Artisan Baker (Bondi)

Francois Artisan Baker is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly team.
We are a busy, well-established artisan bakery known for our premium coffee, handcrafted pastries, artisan breads, pies, cakes, and exceptional customer service.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in consistently making excellent coffee.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system.
- Assisting with serving food and maintaining product displays.
- General café duties and helping the team where required.
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and welcoming.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista experience in a busy café.
- Can work confidently and efficiently during busy periods.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is reliable, punctual, and well presented.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Is available to work weekends.
