About the Role

We are curently hiring for Permanent Part Time positions.

Estia Health Bannockburn is located in the regional town of Bannockburn, approximately 25 minutes west of Geelong . Our home offers a welcoming, close-knit environment with strong connections between residents, families, and staff. You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Experience in aged care or a similar support setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide safe, person-centred care
Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused approach
