Club Operations ManagerPlus Fitness Bankstown | Full-Time | Starting from - $70,000+ Super + Bonuses, Option for higher salary based on the experienece you bring.

We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused Club Operations Manager to take ownership of one of our busiest Plus Fitness clubs. This isn't just another gym job—it's an opportunity to run a business, build a community, develop a team and make a real impact every day.

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 7:30pm

Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Weekends: Yours to enjoy.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Club Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of the club.

You'll lead by example and take ownership of:

Growing memberships and converting new leads.
Following up enquiries via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins.
Delivering an outstanding member experience that keeps people coming back.
Leading and motivating your team to achieve results.
Building relationships with local businesses and the community.
Managing club social media and creating engaging content.
Running club events, promotions and referral campaigns.
Ensuring the club is clean, safe and presented to a premium standard.
Monitoring club performance and continuously looking for opportunities to improve.

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness or management is highly regarded.
