An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Kemps Creek. In this role, you'll provide vital administrative and office support to our internal teams while delivering exceptional customer service to our national client base.

This is a genuinely varied and rewarding position, working closely with our experienced Technical and Sales teams across Australia. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, excellent time management, and the confidence to engage with clients and colleagues locally and interstate via phone, email, and other digital channels.

Your Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls, log service desk tickets, and update the CRM database.
Provide regular updates to customers via phone and email on service progress.
Assign and manage incidents and tickets to service engineers for efficient resolution.
Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance visits.
Prepare quotations and estimates and follow up on customer approvals.
Respond to customer emails, sales enquiries, and engineer requests.
Raise sales orders and invoices and process credit requests for incorrect invoices.
Follow up with field engineers to ensure jobs are closed and equipment functionality is confirmed with customers.
Maintain customer records, decommission instruments, and track support status.
Provide administrative support to staff and management, uphold SLAs, and maintain a professional customer-focused approach.

About You

Prior experience within the health care industry desirable (but not essential).
Presented with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech savvy & open to learning new computer systems.
Capability to prioritize tasks and work loads.
