Innovize is a founder-led marketing agency built by operators who've actually run businesses, not just advised on them. We launched in February 2022 and have grown into a full-service team covering paid media, web design, content, branding, and growth strategy.

We're small by design. A tight team means every person owns real outcomes, works directly with clients, and sees the impact of their work land. Our clients span skincare, healthcare, professional services, property, and finance, and we treat their growth like it's our own.

The Role

We're hiring a specialist to own paid advertising and SEO across our client portfolio. To be clear about what this role is: Meta ads, Google ads, and search engine optimisation are the core of the job. You'll plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google, run SEO strategies that compound over months, and turn budgets and rankings into results clients can see in their revenue.

We want someone who has gone deep on these channels. You know your way around an ad account, you understand what moves a page up the rankings, and you have the results to prove it. But we're not hiring a narrow operator. The best people at Innovize specialise hard in one area and stay hungry to learn everything around it: funnels, creative, landing pages, analytics, strategy. If you want to master paid and search while building the skills of a full-stack marketer, this is that role.

This isn't a regular agency. You'll sit close to strategy, work directly with clients, and have the freedom to test, break, and rebuild what isn't working. We expect you to bring opinions, defend them with data, and use AI to move faster than a traditional marketer ever could. We'll give you ownership early and back you to grow into it.

Responsibilities
Paid campaign management and optimisation

Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google. Own the full lifecycle from account structure and audience strategy through to daily optimisation, budget pacing, and scaling what works. This is the heart of the role.

Search engine optimisation

Own SEO strategy and execution for clients: technical audits, on-page optimisation, keyword strategy, and content direction. Paid gets results this month; SEO builds the asset that keeps paying after the ads switch off. You'll run both and understand how they feed each other.

Performance analysis and reporting

Track the metrics that matter, diagnose what's driving or dragging performance, and turn raw numbers into clear, honest reporting. Clients should always know where their money went and what it bought them.

Growth experimentation

Design and run structured tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, and funnels. Form a hypothesis, run it cleanly, read the result, and feed the learning back into the next round.

Creative direction and briefing

Work to create ad concepts grounded in performance data. Know what makes a scroll-stopping ad and why, and brief creative that's built to convert, not just look good.

Conversion and funnel strategy

Map the full journey from click to customer, whether that click came from an ad or a search result. Spot where prospects drop off, and work across landing pages, offers, and lead capture to tighten the path to conversion.

Client communication

Join client calls, present results, and translate performance data into plain language. Build the kind of trust that comes from clients understanding exactly what you're doing and why.

AI-driven workflow

Use AI across the entire workflow, from research and keyword analysis to creative ideation, copywriting, reporting, and automation. We expect you to find faster, smarter ways to work and to share them with the team.

Who You Are

You're a paid ads and SEO specialist first: hands-on experience running Meta and Google campaigns with real budgets, and a working command of SEO from technical foundations to content. Beyond that, you're an all-rounder in the making. You're curious about every part of marketing, you'd rather learn a new skill than hand off a problem, and you're genuinely excited about where AI is taking this industry. Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
