The Mission

Lifely is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to profitably scale paid acquisition across a portfolio of ecommerce brands operating in multiple global markets.

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who can connect media buying with creative performance, product economics, stock, offers, landing pages, customer behaviour, and local market context. You will move between brands and countries, own meaningful decisions—not just campaign settings—and help us build a faster, more disciplined, AI-enabled growth system.

Meta will be your primary channel. You will also help us use Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest where they can create profitable growth or unlock new creative and audience insights for a specific brand or market.

Lifely is an Australian-founded ecommerce group building and scaling a portfolio of physical-product brands for customers in multiple international markets.

We move quickly, test often, and operate across different brands, products, customer segments, and market stages. Paid-media performance here is connected to real commercial constraints: margin, freight, stock, pricing, offers, product positioning, conversion, customer experience, and local market behaviour.

Requirements

What You Will Own

Own paid-growth strategy and hands-on execution across multiple brands and countries, with Meta as the highest-priority channel.
Prioritise brands and markets based on commercial opportunity, maturity, stock position, creative readiness, and growth potential.
Adapt budgets, channel mix, offers, creative angles, and testing plans to each market rather than applying one global template.
Transfer useful learning across the portfolio while preserving brand positioning and local customer differences.
Make budget and scaling decisions using contribution margin, MER, CAC/CPA, AOV, conversion rate, stock, discounting, freight, and refund risk.
Build a clear testing system across campaigns, audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and funnel stages.
Run a high-velocity creative feedback loop and brief the next iterations.
Diagnose creative fatigue, funnel friction, tracking gaps, offer problems, and commercial constraints.
Build practical AI-assisted workflows for analysis, reporting, creative classification, briefing, research, and repeatable decisions.
Create clear reporting that ends with actions: Scale, Fix, Hold, or Cut.
Work with creative, ecommerce, product, finance, and operations so growth decisions reflect the whole business.
Test demand-creation opportunities across TikTok and YouTube, while using Google and other channels where they fit.

Budget moves toward profitable opportunities with stronger protection against margin and stock risk.
Creative testing velocity improves and performance evidence shapes new briefs.
Leadership receives concise reporting with clear recommendations.
AI reduces repetitive work while improving decision quality.
Lifely develops a repeatable portfolio growth system that scales without flattening important local differences.
Leadership can see which brands and countries deserve more investment, which need fixing, and which should be held or cut.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

Proven hands-on experience owning and scaling Meta Ads for ecommerce, DTC, retail, or physical-product brands.
Strong understanding of MER, ROAS, CAC/CPA, AOV, gross margin, contribution margin, conversion rate, and profitability.
Evidence of making budget decisions under real commercial constraints.
Strong creative-performance judgment across hooks, angles, personas, offers, formats, fatigue, and iteration.
Ability to turn campaign and business data into clear priorities and actions.
Practical experience using AI for analysis, automation, reporting, research, or workflow improvement.
Strong reporting and stakeholder communication.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to manage multiple brands and markets concurrently without losing commercial or customer context.
Availability for meaningful overlap with Australian working hours.

Strong Pluses

Google Ads, Shopping, or Performance Max.
TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
Shopify and ecommerce analytics.
Dashboards, SOPs, automated workflows, or AI-assisted operating systems.
Multi-market experience, especially Australia, the United States, Canada, or other international consumer markets.
Consumer-product category experience.
CRO, attribution, tracking, and landing-page optimisation.
