Role Overview
We are looking for a creative AI Animator & Content Creator to bring course narratives and educational scenarios to life using cutting-edge generative tools. In this role, you will take course briefs and turn them into cohesive, highly engaging visual worlds—designing characters, building relatable environments, and producing the final videos and images that slot directly into our learning materials.
You will own the end-to-end visual pipeline, leveraging your AI expertise, sharp eye for storytelling, and hands-on editing skills to help build a scalable content factory for high-stakes safety training.
Key Responsibilities
- Generative Character & Environment Design: Translate course briefs and narrative scenarios into compelling character designs and detailed environments (such as relatable retail stores or busy outdoor venues) using AI generation for stakeholder sign-off.
- Visual & Narrative Consistency: Maintain strict character and environmental consistency across diverse assets, scenes, and safety training modules.
- Multimedia Production: Create high-quality videos and still images that seamlessly slot into course briefs. Edit video footage, incorporate sound effects, and generate or integrate AI voiceovers.
- Post-Production Polish: Use Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite to manually tweak, refine, and polish AI-generated outputs for professional delivery.
- Workflow Innovation: Continuously improve AI workflows, helping us build a streamlined and scalable content factory for digital learning.
- Cross-Functional Support: Jump in and assist with marketing assets or pitch deck materials when needed, bringing a fresh perspective on what kind of storytelling is possible with new digital and AI tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- AI Art & Animation Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for character design, environment creation, and video production.
- Adobe Suite: Strong proficiency in Photoshop for touch-ups, compositing, and final polish.
- End-to-End Production: Experience handling video editing, basic sound design, and integrating AI voiceovers.
- Storytelling & Design Sense: A strong eye for composition, lighting, and narrative pacing, with a fresh perspective on modern digital storytelling and empathetic engagement.
- Collaborative Mindset: Open to feedback, eager to collaborate with team members, and adaptable when jumping between curriculum content, marketing, and pitch materials.
