Role: Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader

Location: Madora Bay, Mandurah W.A. 6210

Centre: Goodstart Madora Bay

Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week

Pay: $47.61 - $71.79 per hour (qualification and experience pending) + Superannuation + Benefits + Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour additional

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)

Current Western Australia Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

Western Australia – hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA) (applicants studying their Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) may be supported to apply for Limited Registration if certain conditions are met)
