Job Description:

planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation.
demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures to other staff as required
preparing, cooking and presenting food to high standards in a high paced environment
explaining and enforcing strict hygiene conditions in all food prep areas.
Work unsupervised and in a team environment as required.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
