Salary Range: $78,000 - $85,000 per year.
The Dwellingup Hotel is seeking a Qualified Chef to join our team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
- monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures to other staff as required
- preparing, cooking and presenting food to high standards in a high paced environment
- explaining and enforcing strict hygiene conditions in all food prep areas.
- Work unsupervised and in a team environment as required.
Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
