Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness South Yarra

No Rent. Real Leads. Paid Mentoring.

Location: South Yarra, VIC

Type: Casual

Pay: $38.35–$46/hr + super + commission

Start: ImmediatePersonal Trainer Role | McMahons Point, NSWNo Rent. Real Leads. Paid Mentoring.

Casual personal training role in McMahons Point, NSW, starting immediately. $40.17 to $55 per hour depending on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission. Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week.

What This Actually Looks Like

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five new clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.

That is what the week looks like.

The One Condition

No catch. One requirement: you have to actually be the kind of coach we can back:

Accountable You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.Consistent You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.Open You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.

If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.
