About the role:
The Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, maintenance, and optimization of Think Global Logistics' proprietary enterprise web applications.
The primary focus of this role is to engineer, scale, and refine high-performance user portals tailored for two distinct user groups: external B2B clients (for real-time supply chain tracking, logistics analytics, and automated documentation) and internal operational staff (for workflow management, process automation, and system administration).
The role requires advanced expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically utilizing C#, .NET, and Blazor architectures, coupled with secure cloud deployment and management on Microsoft Azure.
Skills and requirements:
1.1. Software Architecture & Frontend Engineering (40%)
- Design and implement interactive, secure, and responsive web user interfaces and modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Blazor (both WebAssembly and Server-side)
- Optimize frontend components for data-heavy dashboard environments, ensuring fast rendering times for massive shipping manifests, tracking logs, and billing information
- Ensure UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and seamless cross-browser compatibility across all client and internal web portals
2. Backend Engineering & API Integration (30%)
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure server-side logic in C# using the latest .NET core frameworks (.NET 8)
- Architect, build, and maintain secure RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient data flow between core legacy logistics databases, third-party carrier APIs, and user-facing portals
- Implement design patterns (such as Repository and Dependency Injection) and adhere to clean Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure long-term code maintainability
3. Cloud Infrastructure & Database Management (20%)
- Provision, deploy, configure, and monitor application workloads and services within the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Engineer serverless workflows using Azure Functions for automated background tasks, data processing, and real-time client notifications
- Manage relational schemas in SQL Server, perform data migrations, and optimize complex database queries using Entity Framework Core to minimize system latency
4. DevOps, Code Quality & Agile Collaboration (10%)
- Participate actively in agile scrum processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical retrospectives under the IT Manager
- Conduct rigorous code reviews for peers, write unit/integration tests, and maintain overall code quality standards
- Utilize Git for version control and support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless web app delivery
