Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full-time Demi Chef or Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Orion Hotel in Springfield.

This role would suit an experienced Demi Chef looking to progress or a Chef de Partie seeking a new opportunity in a busy, well-run kitchen.

You’ll work across multiple sections, take ownership during service and help deliver consistently good pub food to a busy local crowd.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook consistent, quality pub meals
Take ownership of your section during busy service
Work confidently across multiple kitchen sections
Support preparation, stock rotation and food safety requirements
Keep your section clean, organised and service-ready
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Demi Chef, Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
Experience working in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
Confidence working across multiple sections
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery will be highly regarded
A reliable team player who communicates clearly and takes pride in their work
Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays

Applicants must have ongoing Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
