Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full-time Demi Chef or Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Orion Hotel in Springfield.
This role would suit an experienced Demi Chef looking to progress or a Chef de Partie seeking a new opportunity in a busy, well-run kitchen.
You’ll work across multiple sections, take ownership during service and help deliver consistently good pub food to a busy local crowd.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook consistent, quality pub meals
- Take ownership of your section during busy service
- Work confidently across multiple kitchen sections
- Support preparation, stock rotation and food safety requirements
- Keep your section clean, organised and service-ready
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Demi Chef, Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Experience working in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
- Confidence working across multiple sections
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery will be highly regarded
- A reliable team player who communicates clearly and takes pride in their work
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
