Full Job Description

Hotel Sorrento is currently seeking experienced and motivated Chefs to join our dynamic Kitchen Team. We have a variety of positions available, including Breakfast Chef, Fryer Chef, and Larder Chef, within our Main Dining Room Restaurant.

Join our team now and play an integral role in the reopening of our restaurant. This is an opportunity to develop your career, contribute to a professional and dedicated team, and grow with the business as we prepare for the upcoming Summer season.

Key responsibilities:

· Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes

· Maintain consistency and portion control according to recipes and standards

· Follow food safety guidelines and HACCP procedures

We’re looking for:

· Strong work ethic and efficiently during busy service periods

· High level communication and time management skills

· Certificate 2 & 3 Commercial Cooking qualifications

What we offer:

Approximately 20-30hrs per week to start, with increased hours up to full time over the Summer period. Rotating 7 day roster - Weekend and evening availability is essential.
