Receptionist (Full-Time)

About Us

HTE Law Group is a premier law practice, delivering result-oriented legal services to our clients across a wide range of business and personal legal matters. With a strong reputation in the community built over many years, we are proud to serve Sydney with dedication and professionalism. We are now looking for a warm, organised, and reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression. You will play a key part in keeping our front office running smoothly and supporting our legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries
Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and the front-office calendar
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and waiting area
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the legal team
Assist with data entry, filing, and document handling as required

What We're Looking For

A friendly, professional, and well-presented manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
Reliability and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our firm.

A Strong Advantage

Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written), to better serve our diverse client base
