About Us: Ozeal Electrical Services Pty Ltd (trading as 'Ozeal Energy') is an Australian electrical and renewable energy services company based in Seven Hills, NSW. With more than 10 years of industry experience, the company specialises in the supply and installation of residential and commercial solar energy systems, battery storage and EV charging solutions. We also provide ongoing system maintenance, solar panel cleaning, bird mesh installation, repairs and inverter replacement services.

Ozeal Energy has completed thousands of solar installations across Australia and focuses on delivering reliable, efficient and tailored energy solutions to homes and businesses. Our operations extend across NSW, Queensland and Western Australia, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, customer service, safety and compliance with applicable Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.

Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Key tasks include:

Develop, implement and maintain quality management policies, procedures and systems.
Establish quality standards, objectives and performance measures across the business.
Monitor operational processes to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.
Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate quality issues, defects and non-conformances and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain quality documentation, records, registers and reports.
Review work processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure relevant Australian Standards, regulatory requirements and client specifications are incorporated into quality processes.
Liaise with management, employees, contractors and suppliers regarding quality requirements.
Prepare quality reports and recommendations for management and promote a strong quality culture.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor or relevant higher qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Business or related fields.
At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
Experience in quality assurance, preferably in electrical, solar, construction or engineering services.
Knowledge of quality management systems, auditing and compliance.
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
