LIPEDU is a well-established Melbourne-based tutoring institution specialising in senior secondary and undergraduate academic support across all Australian state curriculums and university faculties. We are expanding our national tutor network and seeking dedicated, knowledgeable educators to guide students through coursework, exam revision, assignment writing and complex theoretical concepts.

Payment & Career Progression

· Base hourly pay ranges from $50 to $65 AUD;

· Hourly pay increases incrementally with accumulated teaching hours, positive student feedback and expanded subject coverage

· Higher starting rates available for fully qualified teachers, postgraduate degree holders and tutors with proven long-term tutoring track records

1. Commerce & Business: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Analytics, Taxation

2. STEM & Pure Sciences: Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Engineering Fundamentals

3. Arts & Humanities: Literature, History, Sociology, Psychology, Media & Communications, Political Science, Linguistics

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Hold a completed undergraduate/postgraduate degree, current university enrolment with high academic results, formal teaching qualification, or extensive proven tutoring experience

· Possess exceptional verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex theories and build trust with both teenage students and university learners

· Consistently follow our structured tutoring frameworks to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences

· Own a reliable laptop/desktop, stable high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset and clear microphone for seamless online sessions

· Able to commit to a minimum 18-month ongoing partnership with LIPEDU for consistent student progression planning
