Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable teachers who are committed to helping students achieve their academic goals through high-quality online instruction. This role is suitable for experienced teachers, tutors, university graduates, and subject matter experts with strong communication and teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-to-one or small group online lessons.
- Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the student's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Assign and review practice work where appropriate.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents or guardians.
- Create a safe, respectful and inclusive online learning environment.
- Attend scheduled classes on time and maintain accurate teaching records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline (preferred).

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable computer equipment for online teaching.
- Ability to use online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Requirements
- Australian teaching registration (where applicable).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or eligibility to obtain one if required for the role.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
