We are expanding our national tutor network and seeking dedicated, knowledgeable educators to guide students through coursework, exam revision, assignment writing and complex theoretical concepts.

Payment & Career Progression
· Base hourly pay ranges from $50 to $65 AUD;
· Hourly pay increases incrementally with accumulated teaching hours, positive student feedback and expanded subject coverage
· Higher starting rates available for fully qualified teachers, postgraduate degree holders and tutors with proven long-term tutoring track records

Ideal Candidate Profile
· Hold a completed undergraduate/postgraduate degree, current university enrolment with high academic results, formal teaching qualification, or extensive proven tutoring experience
· Possess exceptional verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex theories and build trust with both teenage students and university learners
· Consistently follow our structured tutoring frameworks to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences
· Own a reliable laptop/desktop, stable high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headset and clear microphone for seamless online sessions
· Able to commit to a minimum 18-month ongoing partnership with LIPEDU for consistent student progression planning
