Dooley’s Tavern & Motel in Springsure is looking for a full-time Hotel Service Manager / Housekeeper to join our fun, hardworking motel and tavern team. About the role

Dooley’s is a busy country motel and tavern with 68 motel rooms, a popular tavern, bistro and guest facilities. We are looking for someone with energy, reliability and a great eye for detail to help keep our rooms and shared spaces fresh, clean and welcoming.

Your day may include:

Cleaning and servicing motel rooms
Determining work requirements and allocating duties to Housekeepers
Overseeing the work of the Housekeepers and suggesting improvements
Maintaining attendance records and rosters
Making beds and refreshing rooms
Cleaning bathrooms and guest areas
Ordering and Restocking guest supplies
Helping with laundry
Reporting maintenance or replacement needs
Maintaining compliance / standards
Maintaining and training staff on safety regulations
Making sure rooms are guest-ready and looking great
May perform front office and hotel reception duties
Conferring with workers to resolve grievances

About you

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
A good eye for detail
