We are currently seeking experienced and professional Events Executive to join Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort.
About the role
As Events Executive, you will take ownership of the full event lifecycle, ensuring every function is professionally managed and delivered to a premium standard. You will work closely with clients, wedding couples, internal departments and external suppliers to bring each event to life while maintaining excellent service, strong organisation and attention to detail.
What you’ll be responsible for
You will manage client enquiries, conduct site inspections, coordinate planning meetings and prepare tailored proposals that convert opportunities into confirmed bookings. You will also develop event orders, floor plans, run sheets and timelines, while liaising with operations, food and beverage teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery. On event days, you will oversee setup, presentation, service flow and key event moments, responding calmly to last-minute changes and ensuring every detail meets resort standards. The role also includes maintaining accurate contracts, deposits and booking records, supporting billing accuracy and contributing to post-event reconciliation and profitability.
What you’ll bring
You will have previous event coordination experience, ideally within hospitality, resorts or other premium venues, with specific exposure to weddings and special events. You will be an exceptional organiser with strong time management, communication and multitasking skills, and you will bring a calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments. Confidence in managing event documentation, contracts and client communications is essential, along with a genuine passion for service and memorable guest experiences. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays is required as you will be responsible for on the day / night co-ordination. RSA is preferred, while First Aid and a Driver’s Licence are considered advantageous.
