Caravan Park Managers (Couple) – Julia Creek Caravan Park
Are you an experienced, customer-focused management couple looking for your next Outback adventure?
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and capable couple to independently manage the award-winning Julia Creek Caravan Park from September 2026. Operating under the guidance of McKinlay Shire Council's Community Services Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of one of Queensland's premier regional caravan parks.
About the Park
Recognised as one of Australia's leading regional caravan parks, Julia Creek Caravan Park has experienced significant growth over the past five years and has been recognised with:

The Caravan Park features:
- Over 40 powered caravan sites
- Large powered and unpowered camping areas
- 10 cabins, including self-contained family cabins, an accessible cabin and twin-share accommodation
- Six private Artesian Bathhouses

- Large camp kitchen
- Popular Monday night Bush Dinners during peak season

During the busy season (April to September), the park welcomes up to 2,000 guests per month, making it one of Outback Queensland's must-visit destinations.
About You :
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous caravan park or holiday park management experience
- Demonstrated experience using RMS booking software (essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- The ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with Council
- An Australian Business Number (ABN) or the ability to obtain one before commencement
