Backed by more than 20 years of industry experience, we pride ourselves on honest service, fair pricing, and ensuring quality equipment gets to site on time.

The successful applicant will need:

Proven background and practical experience within the formwork, civil, or construction sector
Demonstrated track record in proactive business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
High level of personal drive and self-motivation to hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage site managers, estimators, and directors
Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive, communicate, and contribute within a close-knit team
Valid Australian driver's licence and full working rights to travel across active Sydney construction sites
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to understand technical project specs, quotes, and hire agreements

From your very first day, you will receive hands-on product onboarding and ongoing support from experienced industry professionals. We provide the operational backing, technical guidance, and resources you need to quote accurately, close deals, and build a rewarding career with us.

Some of the responsibilities and daily tasks of a successful applicant will include:

Proactively identifying, prospecting, and securing new sales and hire opportunities across the Greater Sydney region
Building and maintaining robust, long-term partnerships with formworkers, builders, developers, and subcontractors
Conducting regular on-site visits to assess customer requirements, review site plans, and recommend practical formwork packages
Preparing competitive quotations, negotiating hire contracts, and following up leads through to completion
Collaborating closely with internal yard, logistics, and admin teams to guarantee smooth and timely job delivery
Keeping across upcoming construction projects and local industry developments to grow our customer base
Providing responsive, knowledgeable customer service and ongoing support across the entire project lifecycle
