CEA is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Territory Manager to join our NSW team, representing the world-renowned Atlas Copco product range.

About the role
As our Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing sales of Atlas Copco products, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
You will:
- Drive sales growth across the Atlas Copco product range
- Develop and implement territory sales plans
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and customer presentations
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal service and support teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and has a genuine passion for sales.
You may currently be a:
- Territory Manager
- Sales Representative
- Account Manager
- Business Development Manager
- Industry professional looking to transition into equipment sales
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience in sales, territory management or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Intermediate computer skills and CRM experience
- A current driver's licence
Experience within construction equipment, industrial products, compressors, generators, mining, manufacturing or related industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
