Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00am–2:00pm | Smeaton Grange NSW | Training Provided

Looking for a stable, full-time job with an early finish every day?

BIOSeptic is looking for a reliable Production Worker to join our concrete manufacturing team at our purpose-built factory in Smeaton Grange.

If you're someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, likes being part of a hardworking team and wants long-term job security, we'd love to hear from you.

No previous concrete experience? That's okay, we'll provide full training.

About BIOSeptic

BIOSeptic is a proudly Australian family-owned manufacturer that's been building quality wastewater systems, underground concrete tanks and specialised precast concrete products since 1992.

From our Smeaton Grange factory, we manufacture products used across residential, rural and commercial projects throughout Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of our Production Team, you'll help manufacture high-quality precast concrete products.

Your day may include:

Assisting with concrete production
Pouring and finishing concrete products
Basic hand trowelling (training provided)
Preparing moulds and production equipment
General factory duties and housekeeping
Working safely as part of a supportive production team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable and turns up every day
Happy to start work at 6:00am
Physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
Willing to learn new skills
Safety conscious
Able to work well in a team
Looking for long-term employment

Factory operating hours:

Monday to Friday, between 6:00am and 2:00pm

No previous manufacturing experience is required, training is provided.

If you've worked in construction, landscaping, labouring, warehousing, manufacturing or any physically active role, we'd love to hear from you.

Starting rate: $26.44 per hour, with an increase after successful completion of a three-month probation period based on experience
