We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Factory Hand to join our production team.
About the Role
This is a varied, practical role working within our framing factory. You will assist with the production and assembly of custom framing projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation.
Previous framing experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the production of custom sports memorabilia
- Cutting and preparing framing materials
- Assembly of frames and memorabilia displays
- Packaging completed orders for dispatch
- Receiving and organising stock
- General workshop cleaning and maintenance
- Safely operating workshop equipment and hand tools
- Assisting with deliveries and collections when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of lifting framed items
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Current Australian driver's licence preferred
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
