We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales Team Leader to join our team and take the next step in their career.

About the role this role will lead our inbound Sales team by overseeing, motivating, and coaching an amazing team of sales representatives to ensure all sales objectives and targets are achieved or exceeded. The key responsibilities include:

Ensuring all interactions, internal processes, and other duties are conducted timely and in accordance with standard operating procedures and relevant legislation.
Providing sales training and coaching to ensure sales outcomes are delivered effectively and consistently by the team.
Monitoring and allocating workload across the sales team.
Analysing performance, identifying opportunities and problems, and implementing improvement actions.
Acting as an escalation point for the sales team for complex matters and disputes.
Helping on queue and performing sales calls during peak time or when under capacity.
Conducting regular one-on-ones and formal performance appraisals with each team member to set and review performance objectives.
Holding regular team meetings and daily team huddles to update the team on performance and the key focus.
Conducting quality assurance audits.
Ensuring individual and team performance is recognized and appropriately rewarded.
Preparing rosters and ensuring adequate coverage.

Your experience

Proven experience working in contact centre sales environment.
Proven experience in leadership, coaching and training
Excellent communication and leadership kills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Customer-oriented approach
Experience in the travel insurance industry is a plus
