About the Role

We are urgently seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be delivering in-home and community-based supports tailored to each client's physical, emotional, and social needs. You will be instrumental in empowering clients to live meaningfully and achieve their personal goals.

You will also play a key role in building rapport and providing consistent, trauma-informed, and person-centered support across daily routines and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering personal care and daily living assistance (including high-intensity needs)
Supporting clients with mental health and psycho-social recovery goals
Promoting community participation and social inclusion
Assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, and hygiene
Administering medication in line with care plans
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting incidents where required
Providing positive behaviour support and emotional encouragement
Collaborating with clients, families, and allied agencies

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 6 months experience in disability, mental health, aged care, or community services
Lived experience or multilingual skills are highly regarded

Requirements (Mandatory):

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
WA Working with Children Check
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
First Aid & CPR Certification
Smartphone and ability to use support apps

Desirable Qualifications:

Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or related field
Medication administration training or high-intensity support modules
