The Role

We’re looking for an Experienced Civil & Drainage Engineer to join our Perth team, supporting the delivery of major transport and infrastructure projects, including Rail & Metro programs.

You will play a key role in delivering civil infrastructure and drainage design solutions across complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver drainage design for transport infrastructure projects, including rail corridors and stations
Undertake civil infrastructure design, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, modelling, and design documentation
Work closely with geotechnical, rail, and structural teams to integrate civil and drainage outcomes
Support design development from concept through to detailed design and construction support
Contribute to technical reports, design documentation, and client submissions
Assist in mentoring junior engineers and supporting capability development

About You

6+ years experience delivering drainage and flooding solutions for major infrastructure projects
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or related)
Experience in drainage design within infrastructure projects (transport/rail highly regarded)
Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g. 12D, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS or similar)
Strong understanding of Australian drainage standards and design practices
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Effective communication and documentation skills
