Full Job Description

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Active Guest Service

· Approach every guest in the building

· Guide guests around the facility

· Problem solving

· Product knowledge and recommendations

· Gaining feedback from guests

General Duties

· Clock In and Out with Tanda

· General cleaning and emptying bins

· Knowledge of iFLY’s brand guide lines

· Intermediate computer use

· Use of POS

· Cash handling and reconciliation

· Trouble shooting

· Restocking and stock take

· Opening and closing of facility

· General admin duties

· Front of house and Reservations duties required

· Assist with content collection for social media

Bookings

· Answering phone calls and email enquiries

· Bookings (direct and indirect)

· Rescheduling

· Check-in

· Ensuring waivers are complete and current

· Answering Zen desk tickets with phone follow up

· Cash and eftpos sales

· Passing sales leads to the sales team

· Data entry

Sales and Promotions

· Active selling, use of phone calls over email.

· Keep up to date with latest offers and promotion

· Upselling and Cross selling

· Hit commissions targets (where applicable)

· Concept and execution of social media posts including videos and photos.

· Promotional work outside of the facility

Events

· Host events from kids parties to skydiver competitions.

· Encourage flyers to enter appropriate events.

Other

· Driving the tunnel. Controlling the airflow for the instructors (18+ years only)

· Build a strong and team working relationship with other Guests Flight Crew and Instructors.

· Will be required to do shift work which will include weekends.

· Knowledge of IBA progression system

· Knowledge of spotting and coaching requests

· Knowledge of rosters

· Knowledge of building emergency procedures

· Always wears correct uniform and maintains high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.

· Complies with, and ensure compliance to, policies and procedures for XRG.

· Complies with, and ensure compliance to, legislative and organizational OH&S/Anti Discrimination and EEO requirements.

· Keeps abreast of industry and marketing professional developments to maintain your own expertise.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

· Complete Guest Services tasks on time

· Communicate effectively with team members throughout the day

· Have a proactive attitude towards foreseeable problems each day

· Deal with guests, suppliers and team members professionally at all times

· Adhere to XRG Policies and Procedures

Pay: $27.08 – $33.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
