About Us

At Just Stone Aust, we specialise in creating high-quality stone products for residential and commercial spaces. We take pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail and the level of service we provide to our clients.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service and Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, communicating with different departments and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Your Key Duties

● Manage daily customer enquiries, communication and support.
● Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence and general administrative support.
● Liaise with our factory, installation and sales teams to help keep jobs progressing.
● Manage documentation, invoices, purchase orders and job files.
● Assist management with HR-related tasks, including timesheets, onboarding and compliance documentation.
● Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory requirements.
● Support client communication and project tracking.
● Help ensure the office operates efficiently and maintains the company’s professional standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

● Previous experience within the stone, construction, manufacturing or a similar industry is highly regarded.
● Experience providing general administrative support in a fast-paced workplace.
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a confident and professional approach to customer service.
● Experience with accounts administration is preferred, including Xero invoicing and Zoho CRM management.
● A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to support the wider team.
